Carl Nielson, Managing Principal Consultant, has over 20 years of experience in the field of strategic human capital management and organization development including leadership development, team and professional development, coaching and talent acquisition. He successfully led a financial turnaround of a global nonprofit professional association and implemented human capital management best practices as Director of Human Resources for a large law firm that resulted in significant improvement in net profit, employee morale and talent retention. He also managed an across-the-board re-engineering project for the HR function of a Fortune 100 company resulting in millions of dollars in HR operational savings and increased HR effectiveness.

Today, Nielson has a diverse group of Fortune 500, Inc 2500 and family-owned business clients that he assists in growing revenue, strengthening leadership talent and cross-functional teams and hiring the best talent using state-of-the-art tools and processes.

Nielson has served on several volunteer boards in key strategic and leadership positions. He also gives back in the form of community service using his expertise to assist high school and college students with career coaching using Career Coaching for Students, a program he developed in 2005 as founder and Chief Discovery Officer of Success Discoveries, He has created several programs for Success Discoveries including Success Discoveries for Couples (SDC), a program for use in premarital counseling, couples retreats and as a self-directed program.  SDC has become a favorite unique and valued wedding gift for newlyweds. 

Nielson has been recognized annually for the past 10 years by TTI Success Insights, a global assessment company, for his active and continuous community service and is a member of TTI's Visionary Partners Forum.

Carl is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (DISC), Professional Motivators Analyst, Professional TriMetrix HD Analyst and is a certified facilitator of The Coaching Clinic for Managers. He is DISC certified, holds an IAC certification as a Relationship Coach and uses a number of organizational and business-focused personal talent assessment tools including the TriMetrix HD suite.

Rajesh (Raj) Tedla, Managing Principal Consultant and Vice President is a highly effective performance transformation coach. Mr. Tedla entered consulting after 13 years with GE where he worked in GE Lighting, GE Aviation and as senior vice president for GE Capital Solutions. While at GE he received the CEO Award for outstanding business performance. His experience spans leadership and organizational development, lean, six sigma, operational improvement, voice of the customer, executive coaching, marketing, process enhancements and customer insights. He has studied, researched, written, designed, trained, and consulted extensively for the past 23 years.

A skilled coach, consultant and mentor, Raj brings the wisdom, experience and proven processes to move executives, leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals to higher stages of personal awareness and effectiveness. Employing a multifaceted approach to individual development, he respectfully provokes and partners with his clients to create authentic strengths-based success from the inside and by their own definition. Raj is described as “personable, insightful, effective, motivational and results oriented” by his coaching clients.

Raj is very active in the community and participates in several non-profit organizations. He is currently board member for Hartford Public High School; Academy of Engineering & Green Technology (AoEGT) program in Connecticut. He is also the founder and chairman of ICAN Foundation, which is dedicated to helping underprivileged children in rural India to gain access to higher education and meaningful employment. Raj received TTI’s Chairman’s award in Jan 2010 for his outstanding services to the community. In 2006, Raj was awarded GE’s most prestigious “Gerald L. Phillippe Award," for his outstanding social contributions and community leadership. He also received GE's JJ Murphy Extra Step” Award in 2005 and 2007 for mentoring and coaching minority and women-owned small business owners and contributing to their continual business growth and success. In 2002 he received the GE Pinnacle Award.

Dr. Michael Abelson, Managing Principal Consultant, produces CEO success stories, engaged and aligned staff and increased organizational profits. Dr. Abelson served as Emeritus Associate Professor at nationally ranked Texas A&M University's Department of Management. He combines his academic credentials in clinical psychology (B.A., M.A.) and business administration (M.B.A., Ph.D.) with his practical experience since 1972 as a manager, consultant, educator, and researcher to meet client’s needs.

Dr. Abelson is an authority on the development of the human resource within organizations, on bringing about organizational change, and effective leadership at all levels of the organization. Dr. Abelson partners with leaders to build exceptionally successful organizations through strategic planning and implementation. He facilitates individual and organizational change and creates effective fit between a) individuals and their jobs (hiring), b) individuals and others on their team (team building), and c) individuals and their staff (leadership).

Michael has consulted with or been involved in training with over 100 organizations, many of which are Fortune 500 companies. He has published over 60 articles, one national best selling book, and his comments have appeared in over 40 television programs, and over 100 newspapers, newsletters, and magazines across the North American continent. He has been invited to give guest lectures at universities throughout the United States and the world. He has given over 800 speeches/seminars to executive audiences internationally on four continents.

Jason Kleid, Managing Principal Consultant is an executive coach, sales strategist, team facilitator, and public speaker. He has been in the field of sales since 1971. His clients are throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.

His experience in starting and growing two businesses coupled with more than 30 years of selling has contributed to his ability to help his clients overcome many of today’s business challenges. Much of his work focuses on helping sales leaders transform their strengths into HD quality. Jason has been interviewed by the Star Tribune, published in trade journals, written a white paper on the sales process for Techtextil Symposium North America and continues to publish articles in columns for his client’s newsletters. These articles focus on leadership, performance, enhancing communication, sales, best practice and executing winning strategies.

Dan McNeil is a TNG Partner who founded The McNeill Group in 1994 and has over 17 years experience as an executive coach and 21 years experience in sales & marketing and sales & marketing management. Dan is a Certified Master Coach and serves as CEO of The McNeill Group. Prior to forming his own consulting practice, Dan was co-founder and a principal of McNeill and Collins, a cultural transformation consulting company that worked with large organizations like AT&T, IBM, Florida Power & Light, Philadelphia Power & Light, Lucent Technologies and others.

Dan’s own executive experience was with high-tech firms, both entrepreneurial ventures – in which he helped grow one company from $1 million to $60 million in sales in less than four years – and multi-billion dollar corporations. Dan was one of the pioneers of the then emerging field of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CADCAM), including its application in engineering and construction firms. Dan completed a five year tour of duty in the United States Air Force, which included one year of electronics, radar and communication equipment training and four exciting years at Cape Kennedy.

He received his BS in Mathematics, Philosophy, Business Administration and English from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and his Masters degree in Business Management from Florida State University’s School of Business. Dan is a Certified Coach in Life Planning (World Institute for Life Planning) and a Certified Master Coach (International Coaching Federation).Dan resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife, Brenda.

She has overcome emotional and psychological abuse and trained herself to see the positive in every experience and feel the gratitude for all of it
